The Patio

The Patio is fully paved and designed for guest comfort and connection. Guests enjoy drinks, gather at tables with umbrellas, and take in views of grazing horses, fountains, fireplaces, and sunsets.

Lancaster Room (Optional Indoor)

For extreme weather, the Lancaster Room provides a climate-controlled indoor cocktail hour space. Fully separated from the Main Banquet Hall, it features its own bar and is conveniently adjacent to the kitchen for catering setup.

Main Banquet Hall (Reception)

Guests move into the Main Banquet Hall for dinner and dancing. The space features elegant details, high ceilings, and flexible layouts, accommodating formal dinners or lively receptions. The adjacent kitchen supports catering and smooth service.

Weather Planning

Weddings are designed to flow beautifully regardless of conditions. The Wessex Chapel and optional indoor spaces ensure comfort and elegance for all guests.

Day Before: Arrival & Rehearsal

Couples and vendors may arrive to set up and rehearse. Optional welcome dinners help start the celebration early.

Day After: Farewell & Brunch

The day after the wedding offers a relaxed time for immediate guests to gather for brunch, reminisce, and share videos/photos. Couples are responsible for clearing personal items. Vendors complete tear-down the night before.

On-Site Accommodations

Couples and their guests can continue the celebration without leaving the grounds.
 
The Cottage and Woodside Cottage each 3 bed/2 bath. Both are a short walk from the venue and are often used for bridal party or out-of-town guests, whether for the night of the wedding or for an extended stay.
 
Sweetheart Cottage sleeps 2 and provides a quiet retreat for the couple to rest after the day’s events.
